  • Background: Carlow Hearing (formerly Leinster Hearing Services), an audiologists business that specialises in selling high-quality hearing aids approached Good Idea for help in rebranding and expanding their online presence. Donal from Carlow Hearing really wanted to focus on the local market and serve his surrounding areas with a personalised walk in clinic located in Carlow Town.

    Solution: The Good Idea team began by rebranding Leinster Hearing Services, which included renaming the business to "Carlow Hearing" and creating a new logo, brand mark and website design that was modern and user-friendly. Keeping the demographic of their clients in mind here was of maximum importance. The team also carried out extensive research on the target audience, which helped inform the website's content and overall user experience.

    The new website was designed to be mobile-friendly and optimised for SEO, which helped improve the visibility of the website on search engines like Google.
